1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to LifeHub.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProOps Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("LifeHub," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the LifeHub website, mobile applications, software, content, services, features, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading the LifeHub mobile application, accessing the Services, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Subscription & Billing Policy, Family Location Sharing & Consent Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between these Terms and any policy incorporated by reference, these Terms of Service shall govern and control unless the applicable policy expressly states that it supersedes a specific provision of these Terms.
No policy, guideline, notice, or other document shall be interpreted to modify, limit, or waive any provision of these Terms unless such modification is expressly stated in writing.
The policies incorporated by reference are intended to supplement these Terms and provide additional information regarding specific Services, features, rights, obligations, and legal requirements.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review these policies and agree to be bound by them.
LifeHub may modify, replace, add, or remove policies from time to time in accordance with these Terms. Updated policies become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
4. Eligibility
The Services are intended for personal and family use only.
You may use the Services only if:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement; or
- You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is authorized to use the Services under your supervision and through a Family Account.
The Services are not intended for use by businesses, organizations, schools, churches, government agencies, or other entities unless expressly authorized by LifeHub through a separate written agreement.
LifeHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts created in violation of this section.
5. Family Accounts and Minor Users
LifeHub is designed to facilitate communication, organization, safety, and coordination among family members and trusted individuals through Family Accounts and Circles.
A parent or legal guardian may create, manage, and supervise accounts used by minor children.
By permitting a minor to access or use the Services, the parent or legal guardian:
- Represents that they have authority to act on behalf of the minor;
- Agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor;
- Accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the Services;
- Accepts responsibility for all activity occurring through the minor's account;
- Agrees to supervise the minor's use of the Services; and
- Accepts all disclaimers, waivers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions contained in these Terms on behalf of the minor.
LifeHub may require parental verification, consent, or additional account controls at any time.
LifeHub reserves the right to remove, suspend, restrict, or terminate any minor account or Family Account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
"Account" means a registered LifeHub user account.
"Circle" means a group of users who have elected to share information, communicate, coordinate activities, or utilize family-management features through the Services.
"Family Account" means an account used to manage one or more family members, including minor children.
"Member" means any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
"Content" means all information, text, photographs, videos, files, documents, communications, data, and materials available through the Services.
"Member Content" means Content submitted, uploaded, stored, shared, transmitted, or otherwise provided by Members.
"Document Vault" means any LifeHub feature that permits the storage, organization, or management of documents, records, photographs, or other digital files.
"Subscription Plan" means any paid tier offered by LifeHub, including Silver, Gold, Platinum, or any successor offerings.
"AI Services" means any artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive, recommendation, automation, or generative functionality made available through the Services.
"Crash Detection" means any feature designed to identify potential vehicle collisions or accidents based on available device, sensor, location, or other data.
"SOS Feature" means any feature that allows a Member to notify Circle Members, emergency contacts, or designated recipients regarding a potential emergency situation.
"Services" means all websites, mobile applications, software, APIs, features, content, and related offerings provided by LifeHub.
7. Subscription Plans and Circle Limits
LifeHub may offer both free and paid Subscription Plans.
Current Circle limits include:
- Free Plan: Up to two (2) Circle Members.
- Silver Plan: Up to six (6) Circle Members.
- Gold Plan: Unlimited Circle Members.
- Platinum Plan: Unlimited Circle Members.
LifeHub reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, limits, and availability at any time in accordance with these Terms.
Unlimited plans remain subject to reasonable use limitations and may not be used for commercial, organizational, institutional, educational, governmental, or other non-family purposes without LifeHub's prior written consent.
8. Account Responsibilities and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security of your username, password, and authentication credentials.
- Notify LifeHub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
- Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
LifeHub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized access to your account unless caused solely by LifeHub's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use location-sharing features without appropriate consent.
- Monitor, track, or surveil individuals without lawful authority or consent.
- Use the Services for commercial fleet tracking, employee monitoring, school monitoring, church monitoring, organizational tracking, or other commercial or institutional purposes.
- Upload malicious code, malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any LifeHub system, network, database, or account.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Services.
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or data-mining tools against the Services.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Upload illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
- Circumvent security controls or access restrictions.
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship to another individual.
- Use the Services in any manner that could expose LifeHub to legal liability.
LifeHub reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
10. Location Sharing and Consent
LifeHub provides features that may allow users to share, view, monitor, or receive location information relating to themselves and other Members.
By enabling, accessing, or using location-sharing features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Location sharing is voluntary.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents before viewing, monitoring, or sharing another person's location.
- Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions required for monitoring minor children.
- LifeHub does not verify the authority of users to monitor, track, or share location information.
- LifeHub is not responsible for any misuse of location information by Members or third parties.
You agree not to use location-sharing features for:
- Stalking;
- Harassment;
- Domestic surveillance;
- Criminal activity;
- Employment monitoring;
- Unauthorized tracking; or
- Any unlawful purpose.
LifeHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to location-sharing features at any time.
Location Accuracy Disclaimer
Location information is provided on an "as available" basis and may be affected by:
- GPS limitations;
- Cellular network availability;
- Internet connectivity;
- Device hardware limitations;
- Operating system restrictions;
- Battery-saving settings;
- Environmental conditions;
- Software errors; and
- Other factors outside LifeHub's control.
Accordingly, LifeHub does not warrant or guarantee that any location information will be accurate, current, complete, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
Members should never rely solely upon location information for safety, emergency response, caregiving decisions, legal matters, or other critical situations.
11. Crash Detection and SOS Features
LifeHub may provide Crash Detection and SOS Features intended to assist Members in communicating with Circle Members and designated contacts.
These features are supplemental convenience features only and are not emergency response services.
LifeHub does not:
- Monitor emergencies in real time;
- Contact 911;
- Dispatch emergency responders;
- Dispatch law enforcement;
- Dispatch medical personnel;
- Dispatch roadside assistance;
- Dispatch security personnel; or
- Guarantee that any alert will be received or acted upon.
Crash Detection and SOS Features may:
- Fail to activate;
- Activate accidentally;
- Generate false positives;
- Generate false negatives;
- Experience delays;
- Experience transmission failures;
- Experience device-related failures; or
- Experience network-related failures.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Alerts may never reach intended recipients.
- Circle Members may not receive notifications.
- Circle Members may not respond.
- Emergency contacts may be unavailable.
- Devices may be offline.
- Communication networks may fail.
LIFEHUB MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT CRASH DETECTION OR SOS FEATURES WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
You should always contact local emergency services directly in the event of an emergency.
12. AI Services Disclaimer
LifeHub may provide AI-powered tools, recommendations, automations, planning assistance, predictive features, summaries, insights, or other AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or inappropriate recommendations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically.
- AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
- AI outputs should not be relied upon as factual, professional, legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, nutritional, parenting, or safety advice.
- You remain solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before acting upon it.
LifeHub makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
All decisions made based upon AI-generated outputs remain solely your responsibility.
13. Document Vault and Digital Storage Disclaimer
LifeHub may allow Members to upload, store, organize, share, and manage documents, photographs, records, and other digital content through the Document Vault.
LifeHub is not:
- A bank;
- A financial institution;
- A medical records provider;
- A legal records custodian;
- A records-retention service;
- A cloud backup provider;
- A disaster recovery service; or
- A document preservation service.
You remain solely responsible for maintaining independent copies and backups of all uploaded content.
LifeHub does not guarantee:
- Permanent storage;
- Data retention;
- Data preservation;
- Data recovery;
- Backup availability;
- File integrity; or
- Uninterrupted access to stored content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeHub shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, inaccessibility, disclosure, or destruction of Member Content, including but not limited to:
- Family records;
- Medical records;
- Insurance records;
- Estate planning documents;
- Wills;
- Trust documents;
- Financial records;
- Photographs; or
- Other uploaded content.
Members assume all risk associated with storing content through the Services.
14. Member Content and User Uploads
The Services may permit Members to upload, submit, store, share, transmit, publish, or otherwise make available content, including documents, photographs, videos, text, comments, messages, records, calendar events, financial information, lists, tasks, and other materials ("Member Content").
You retain ownership of any Member Content you submit to the Services.
By uploading or submitting Member Content, you grant LifeHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transmit, display, and otherwise use such Member Content solely as necessary to:
- Operate the Services;
- Provide requested functionality;
- Improve the Services;
- Secure the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or control all rights necessary to submit the Member Content;
- The Member Content does not violate any law;
- The Member Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- The Member Content is not fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or unlawful; and
- You possess all necessary consents from individuals whose information appears within the Member Content.
LifeHub may remove, restrict, disable, or refuse any Member Content at any time without notice if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or may expose LifeHub to liability.
You remain solely responsible for all Member Content you submit or share through the Services.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for Member Content, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, applications, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, features, functionality, databases, algorithms, AI models, reports, analytics, and related content (collectively, "LifeHub Content"), are owned by or licensed to ProOps Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Remove proprietary notices;
- Use LifeHub trademarks without written permission;
- Sell, license, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Services; or
- Use the Services to develop competing products or services.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by LifeHub.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, feedback, enhancement requests, or other comments regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you grant LifeHub a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, implement, commercialize, and otherwise exploit such Feedback without restriction or compensation.
16. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
LifeHub may offer free and paid Subscription Plans.
Subscription features, pricing, limits, and benefits may change from time to time.
Subscription Tiers
At the time of publication of these Terms:
- Free Plan: Up to two (2) Circle Members.
- Silver Plan: Up to six (6) Circle Members.
- Gold Plan: Unlimited Circle Members.
- Platinum Plan: Unlimited Circle Members.
LifeHub reserves the right to modify plan structures, pricing, features, and limitations at any time.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of the applicable subscription period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize LifeHub and its payment processors to charge your designated payment method for:
- Subscription fees;
- Applicable taxes;
- Renewal charges; and
- Other authorized charges.
Subscriptions continue until canceled.
Free Trials
LifeHub may offer free trials from time to time.
Unless canceled before the conclusion of the trial period, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged.
LifeHub reserves the right to modify, limit, revoke, or terminate free trial offers at any time.
Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of subscription benefits.
17. Refund Policy
Except where prohibited by law, all fees paid to LifeHub are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial subscription periods;
- Unused features;
- Unused storage;
- Unused Circle memberships;
- Deleted accounts;
- Removed content; or
- Terminated accounts.
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.
LifeHub may, but is not obligated to, issue refunds, credits, or adjustments in its sole discretion.
Any exception granted in one instance shall not establish an obligation to grant future exceptions.
18. Suspension and Termination
LifeHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You violate applicable law;
- Your use creates security risks;
- Your use creates liability for LifeHub;
- Your payment method fails;
- You engage in fraudulent activity;
- You misuse location-sharing features;
- You misuse AI features;
- You misuse emergency features; or
- We discontinue the Services.
LifeHub may also suspend or terminate access for operational, legal, regulatory, security, or business reasons.
Termination may result in:
- Loss of account access;
- Deletion of Member Content;
- Removal from Circles;
- Loss of subscription benefits; and
- Permanent account closure.
LifeHub shall have no liability resulting from suspension or termination permitted under these Terms.
19. No Professional Advice
The Services may provide information, recommendations, reminders, alerts, planning tools, budgeting tools, meal-planning tools, scheduling tools, AI-generated content, family-management features, document-storage functionality, location-sharing features, and other informational resources.
All information made available through the Services is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only.
LifeHub is not:
- A law firm;
- A legal services provider;
- A financial advisor;
- An investment advisor;
- A tax advisor;
- A medical provider;
- A healthcare provider;
- A mental health provider;
- A licensed counselor;
- A nutritionist;
- An emergency response provider; or
- A public safety agency.
Nothing contained within the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, nutritional, parenting, emergency-response, or other professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions involving legal matters, finances, taxes, healthcare, safety, estate planning, investments, parenting, nutrition, or other matters that may affect you or others.
Your reliance on any information provided through the Services is solely at your own risk.
20. Privacy and Security
Your use of the Services is also governed by the LifeHub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
While LifeHub employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure.
Accordingly, LifeHub does not guarantee that:
- The Services will be immune from unauthorized access;
- Data transmissions will be secure;
- Stored information will never be compromised;
- Security measures will prevent all attacks; or
- Unauthorized parties will never gain access to information.
You acknowledge and agree that any information you submit through the Services is submitted at your own risk.
21. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may rely upon or interact with third-party products, services, infrastructure, networks, payment processors, cloud providers, mapping providers, mobile operating systems, telecommunications carriers, artificial intelligence providers, and other third parties.
LifeHub does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, functionality, content, policies, or actions of any third-party service.
LifeHub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, interruption, delay, error, or failure caused by or relating to third-party providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements, policies, and terms imposed by those third parties.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS.
PROOPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, LIFEHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LIFEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- TITLE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- RELIABILITY;
- AVAILABILITY;
- SECURITY;
- PERFORMANCE;
- COMPLETENESS; AND
- ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
LIFEHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
- THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;
- THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES;
- LOCATION DATA WILL BE ACCURATE;
- CRASH DETECTION WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY;
- SOS ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED;
- DOCUMENTS WILL BE PRESERVED;
- AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE;
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR
- THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION PROVIDED BY LIFEHUB SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROOPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, LIFEHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF REVENUE;
- LOSS OF BUSINESS;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF DOCUMENTS;
- LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY;
- LOSS OF USE;
- PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES;
- MISSED APPOINTMENTS;
- MISSED EVENTS;
- FAMILY DISPUTES;
- LOCATION TRACKING ERRORS;
- CRASH DETECTION FAILURES;
- SOS ALERT FAILURES; OR
- THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEHUB'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00); OR
(B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LIFEHUB DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
24. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProOps Technologies LLC, LifeHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your Member Content;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable law;
- Your misuse of location-sharing features;
- Your misuse of Crash Detection or SOS features;
- Your misuse of AI Services;
- Your violation of any third-party rights; or
- Any activity occurring through your account.
25. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Agreement to Arbitrate
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and LifeHub agree that any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to:
- The Services;
- These Terms;
- Your Account;
- Your Subscription;
- Your use of the Services; or
- Any relationship between you and LifeHub
shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND LIFEHUB AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO:
- PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION;
- PARTICIPATE IN A COLLECTIVE ACTION;
- PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION;
- PARTICIPATE IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION; OR
- ACT AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE.
THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING.
Arbitration Rules
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
Arbitration Location
Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall occur in Collin County, Texas.
Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
- Seeking temporary injunctive relief;
- Seeking equitable relief regarding intellectual property rights;
- Pursuing claims in small claims court where permitted by law.
26. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For matters not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
27. Changes to the Services and Terms
LifeHub may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or update any aspect of the Services at any time.
LifeHub may also modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeHub regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
LifeHub's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms without LifeHub's prior written consent.
LifeHub may assign these Terms without restriction.
The section titles used herein are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
