Minor Child Account Policy
This Minor Child Account Policy ("Child Policy") governs the creation, management, supervision, and use of LifeHub accounts by individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
This Policy forms part of the LifeHub Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Family Location Sharing & Consent Policy, and all other applicable LifeHub policies.
1. Purpose
LifeHub is designed to help families communicate, coordinate activities, share information, monitor locations, organize household responsibilities, and manage family life.
Certain features may be used by minor children under the supervision and authority of a parent or legal guardian.
This Policy explains the rights, responsibilities, and obligations associated with child accounts.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:
Child
"Child" means any individual under eighteen (18) years of age.
Parent
"Parent" includes a biological parent, adoptive parent, legal guardian, or other individual possessing lawful authority to act on behalf of a child.
Family Account
A Family Account is an account created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian that may include one or more children.
Circle
A Circle is a group of authorized LifeHub users who share information, communications, location information, schedules, documents, or other content through the Services.
3. Parent-Controlled Accounts
Children may not independently create LifeHub accounts.
All child participation in LifeHub must occur through a Family Account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
By creating a child account, the parent represents and warrants that:
- They possess lawful authority to act on behalf of the child;
- They are authorized to provide consent for collection and processing of the child's information;
- They have reviewed LifeHub's legal policies;
- They agree to those policies on behalf of the child; and
- They accept responsibility for the child's use of the Services.
LifeHub relies upon these representations and does not independently verify parental authority.
4. Parental Consent

- Location information;
- Calendar information;

Parents may withdraw consent at any time by removing the child from the Services or requesting account deletion.
Withdrawal of consent may result in loss of access to certain features or termination of the child's participation in the Services.
5. Parental Rights
Subject to applicable law, parents may:
- Access information associated with a child account;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Update privacy settings;
- Manage location-sharing settings;
- Manage Circle memberships;
- Review uploaded content;
- Delete content;

LifeHub may require reasonable verification before acting on requests affecting a child account.
