California Privacy Rights Addendum
This California Privacy Rights Addendum ("California Addendum") supplements the LifeHub Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California.
This Addendum is intended to comply with applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
This Addendum forms part of the LifeHub Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Addendum applies to personal information collected, used, disclosed, retained, and processed by ProOps Technologies LLC ("LifeHub," "we," "our," or "us") regarding California residents.
Where this Addendum conflicts with the Privacy Policy, this Addendum shall control to the extent required by California law.

LifeHub collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Services.

- Provide Document Vault functionality;

No Sale of Document Vault Content
LifeHub does not sell uploaded family documents, photographs, wills, trusts, medical records, insurance documents, or other Document Vault content.
No Sale of Family Activity Information
LifeHub does not sell family schedules, family activity information, or Circle activity information.
7. Sensitive Personal Information
LifeHub may process sensitive personal information where reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
Examples may include:
- Precise geolocation information;
- Family relationship information;
- Account credentials;
- Certain uploaded records; and
- Other information voluntarily provided by users.
LifeHub uses sensitive personal information only for purposes reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Subject to applicable law, California residents may have the following rights.

Where applicable, you may request limitations on certain uses of sensitive personal information.

- Fraud prevention;
- Dispute resolution; and
- Enforcement of agreements.

11. California "Shine the Light" Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may permit California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
LifeHub does not currently disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
If LifeHub's practices change, this Addendum may be updated accordingly.
12. Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf where permitted by law.
LifeHub may require:
- Verification of the resident's identity;
- Verification of the agent's authority; and
- Additional information necessary to process the request.
13. Changes to This Addendum
LifeHub may modify this California Addendum from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Addendum.
